There are fireworks ringing in her ears, and before Ginny knows where she is, her shirt and knickers are on the ground and Luna is moving under her body, one pale leg wrapped around her girlfriend's hip, crushing herself insistently against Ginny's thigh. Ginny pushes back against her, one hand winding between them, finding its way to coarse curls and intoxicatingly damp, smooth slickness; her hand is at an awkward angle, caught between their tangled legs, but she manages to find Luna's clit, feeling a thrill of triumph as she rolls her thumb gently over it, hearing the girl's breathing catch. Grinning, her cheeks flushed, Ginny kisses Luna's open mouth, and Luna surprises her by nipping at her lower lip gently, like a kitten.

"It's almost midnight," Luna says hoarsely, drawing an unsteady breath, "shall we make resolutions?"

Ginny considers, taking the opportunity to run her free hand over the dimpled, soft curve of Luna's breast, the skin warm under her cool hands. "I don't think I have a resolution, Lu," she says softly.

"No?"

"No," she confirms.

"Let's just stay like this, then, for as long as possible," Luna says. "Would that be alright?"

"Yeah," Ginny nods, tracing a light circle around the blonde's nipple. Luna shivers a little. "Yeah, I think I could handle that."
